Lions, and Tiger Penis, and Bears oh...What?

My fiance has recently been going through some of her old childhood toys and we found this tiger figurine that is anatomically incorrect. Obviously someone making the mold either had a demented sense of humor or was misinformed in regards to the physical make-up of a tiger. What is especially interesting about his jungle cat is that its penis is circumcised.
